Refund policy

SMK Carousel

All sales of SMK Carousel are final. The Software is a digital product that is delivered the moment you buy it, and there is no free trial, so please read the feature list, watch the demo video and check the system requirements before you buy.

If something does not work for you, write to vixuals11@gmail.com first. We will do our best to fix the problem, and we answer every message.

How it works

• Send us the email address you used to buy, or your order number.
• Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that we cannot exclude, that right is not affected by

this policy.

• If Gumroad refunds or reverses a purchase (for example after a chargeback), the licence ends and the key

stops working at its next check.

Not covered: change-of-mind requests, keys that were shared, or purchases that were reversed for fraud.
